Yes, me, hi me, my name is Anni Pattee. I am a California native. Born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. East bay to be precise... very east. In fact there was no bay in sight. Miles east of the SF bay. But we always called our rolling hills, peppered with cattle, the east bay. But enough about geography.

I have been snapping pictures as long as I could physically carry a camera. Since those early years, wielding a PAS (point and shoot-not to be confused with a POS... although it was probably that as well), I have upgraded my equipment to a fantastic digital SLR (single lens reflex) camera. In college I earned my associates in liberal arts, and one in psychology, but felt a longing, a terrible sense of unfulfillment with my academic career. So I turned my focus to the fine arts and quickly found myself spending the majority of my time in the schools darkroom. I have taken a number of photography courses and have attained skills and knowledge of artificial and natural lighting, studio work, black and white film processing and development, portraiture, and product shots.
